There are supportive team centers, which put you on hold for more than an hour before cutting the chat, ensuring that the issue is never resolved. I have had nothing but problems, including site outages, support chats being cut off, mail not working, migration to servers without contact, and endless support issues. We won't be renewing our contract with A2 because they are the most expensive and unprofessional.

The crew performed what I asked, but it was such a hardship to complete it, and it took considerably longer than it should have for such a basic issue. Theres no way to speak to a live person, and having to do everything via email slowed things significantly. Better customer service, Im sure, will be greatly appreciated by your subscribers.

I had a service experience with them, and while the service was good and working, their support system is woefully inadequate! I tried to contact it every day, calculating a waiting period of 5-10 minutes, but I waited over 30 minutes and no one responded!
