Blue host provides me with reliable and affordable WordPress hosting. When you finish signing up for an account, it is automatically installed. I like this service and would recommend it to others who are starting an online business.

The support from the Bluehost team is amazing. The refund or upgrade is easy. I only wish they had good speed as my websites are bit heavy and a lot of visitors therefore my websites are very slow on their servers. If you have small websites with low traffic they are the best and will support you at every step in minutes. If they could meet my speed expectations I would never have to think about leaving them.

Bluehost used to provide great customer service before. It just isnt the same anymore.

My website went down for 48 hours. Lame response from the support team and get lose revenue.

The level of incompetence is staggering. 8 people were unable to do one simple migration, left random backup files all over the place and I spent 7hrs. (really!!!) on support without any real solution from their side.

They take a long time to respond to the ticket, hours and hours, Especially the billing, I was 15 days waiting for answers from the Bluehost team.

Dont waste your money on the Bluehost hosting...they dont provide proper technical support ... I have an issue with me my website backup ...wasted my 1 hour through chat.

Bluehost in general is great. The last online chat help was not great. They kept disappearing for long periods and not responding.
