InMotion Hosting helped me with end-to-end hosting support from their team and answered all of my questions about VPS hosting after I bought a VPS hosting plan from them. I am very pleased with their service. Thank you very much.

This team is not willing to help us and has not given a call to their senior associate. They do not even gather feedback after the purchase plan. Their vocabulary is so bad and arrogant that it makes us feel as if we made a mistake.

I used InMotion Hosting for more than a year now and had no problems with it at all. I give it 4 stars out of 5 because I feel like the design of the user interface can be a little bit better and more modern, however, from the technical point of view, its still fine and everything works as it is supposed to.

They keep billing and do not give details of what you are being billed for and no information on what your account is. No username info, no subscription info, and very hard to get out This cost me a few hundred bucks before I got it sorted. Stay away! Do not go there.

Worst service. no on-call support. chats and email support are useless as it takes forever to resolve issues. Always occurs some technical issues.

Worst experience never recommend to buy, its not about upgrading your service but your hosting server anytime stops working.

The only problem I have had with Inmotion is they have completely ignored several email requests to resolve an issue with my domain.

Worst Service By Inmotion - My all Website data was lost due to the MySQL database issues on the Inmotion server. I lost my clients also:(

InMotionHosting has been there for me for several years and I also use them for several clients that I work with. Never have I regretted using them. Thanks to everyone at InMotionHosting.
