I don't know much about web hosting, but I recently had some issues with SSL certificates, and their technicians were able to resolve all of my concerns. I am very happy with the professional help. I can only recommend you to just be quick about this.

They are not prepared to answer the question and do not provide proper answers to questions about stupidity. Their support team is so arrogant. Even they are blocking my query call because I am unable to raise my issue with them and no one forwards the call to a senior member despite my request to forward and cut my call.

Wonderful client assistance... they are extremely knowledgeable, instantly fix all of my problems, and are open 24/7. iPage Support is ALWAYS there. They support in any mode they can. iPage Support is Still there. They help in any way they can. Thank you.

In terms of quality, a lower-cost hosting solution is also available. Their new login panel takes a long time to load for me. Logging in and managing my web pages has been a nightmare. I was mainly interested in iPage because of its inexpensive prices. Except that running a small company website on their hosting is quite difficult. Its ideal for static HTML-based web pages.

The absolute WORST hosting company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with and I have been in the industry for 25 years. They DO NOT CARE about their customers or your customers and will take your site down with NO NOTICE and NO RESOLUTION. Wish I could give them zero stars.

My website was down for 3 hours, I have raised a ticket and asked about the same issue. They didnt assist me in a professional way, Their Support Is Not Good!

I was very happy when I started using Ipage shared hosting but later their support sucks whenever we contact them via chat support One person initiates the chat and just says the senior is checking and the issue remains unsolved for 2 to 3 days.

The service is ok. They can make managing their domains and webspace much easier like other companies.

Ipage works and is pretty reliable but let down by terrible and poor support staff. No reply on the time.
