My domain was pointed from the prior host to my new sSG site as the final step. Although the procedure is straightforward, I became confused. Every time I ask SG for help, they immediately and clearly walk me through the procedure. I appreciate you helping me.

I have found Siteground customer service is not to be fast and capable. Chat could take a long time and slowly to access with many clicking and drilling down.

my email went down without notice because it was full, I couldnt get into it, I lost messages, I lost business!

The greatest support ever. Fast & thorough. Ive been with other hosting companies and I wont go anywhere else because of their support. The interface for renewal and billing conceals gotcha charges if you try to downgrade your account on the day of renewal that are sneaky and predatory - but the customer service to sort it out is excellent.
